The clinic needs to collect personal information about people with whom it deals in order to carry out its business and provide its services. No personal medical information is stored on this website. We use a secure electronic patient record system called ‘Semble’ to store all personal medical information. Access to patient medical records is strictly monitored and secured. The practice may share information with other professionals involved in your medical care, for example to enable a referral to a specialist, with your consent. We will share your information when required to do so by relevant legislation, or court orders. Should Lifestyle Medical Clinic Ltd be acquired by another company, customer information may be deemed a transferable business asset, and as such will be transferred to the new owners. Patients may request a copy of their medical records at any time. 

 

We do not store credit card, debit card or bank account details for patients. We use secure payment processors including Stripe to manage card payments with the highest levels of security.
